MemberCant make if out too well but knowing the lore and looking at the three colors. Its probs in reference to their in lore primary government, the illuminate. They have a huge white-orange-black thing, and while i cant see the emblem on this image it looks close enough.

MemberNaka here, the flag on her shoulder is the flag of the Avalon Federation, a continent-wide spanning nation state and a global superpower on Avalon.
The Illuminate is not present within my own lore and instead, Avalon for a greater part of my lore is split into several factions, with the Avalon Federation being the main protagonist.
The flag more or less represent a united continent of Vimersia, and with FTL capabilities, most of which is reverse engineered tech, have dominance over space over other Avali nations, ofcourse the flag is symbolized with the 3 feathers over a circle. The Military Fleet, Civilian Fleet and the Merchant Fleet protecting Avalon from outsiders. Most of the original Avali lore still applies, though in of geopolitical, historical and the contents of the planet itself, it is completely rewritten to suit my own needs.
