MemberSo I asked in #e621-helpdesk in the e621 discord. They apparently saw that the twitter posts are compressed and lower resolution, so they had to assume that the 1920x1080 file might be leaked from 01chairat's or PornSFX's Patreon. (Some do a "higher res behind paywall" thing.)
The easiest way is for Nakaya #371640 to post the original of the file public somewhere "official" for them, like maybe their FA... Somewhere that won't mess up the quality like Twitter does. (Discord isn't public, and e6 might auto-block it, because it's a duplicate.)
