MemberUpon checking the source, Myrtle Leaf is not the artist. Myrtle is just someone who reposted the art to adk a question about the aesthetic. I saw someone in the comments section theorize it was an artist named Stainn because of this: https://x.com/Stainn_senpai/status/1816972970327441555
I'm gonna change it to Stainn for now because I don't see any better alternative as to who the artist is and the styles match up. Not sure why someone flagged it, maybe out of AI allegations or by thinking that album covers aren't supposed to be on here.
EDIT: Just looked a bit deeper onto Stainn's twitter and found a WIP of this Kuromi so yes they are 110% the proper artist. I still haven't found where the source of the still image itself was posted so I wont change the source til I find what that is.

i've never heard of stainn and reverse image search gave me nothing, so i didn't think that they might not have drawn it. sorry about that.
