MemberApparently in Aztec history the sacrifice would be sacrificed to huitzilaphochtli I definitely spelt that wrong however. The sacrifice was usually paraded around like a god for a while before their execution and some remains recovered today were shown little to no struggle with the ritual. Also the aztecs loved doing it in the sun because they're literally offering the heart and blood to the sun. But the actual act is actually represented decently well
