It's not that simple to say adding a story is ever good or bad because it always varies.

In this comic, the simplest way I can put it is that the story only exists to get into the porn situation, but the elements the story brings up ruin the porn. It's not exactly dishonorable to make a comic about species transformation, hyper-sized genitalia and genderbending, and it shouldn't even be difficult if that's all you want.
But the way this story introduces it makes me sick that I'm supposed to be jerking off to it. Humans aren't allowed at an anthro-only beach, so the guy who's transforming into a bull is doing so to avoid species persecution. The panda gives him the transformation at his request, but during the process he begs her to stop multiple times but she ignores him. He seems like a cocky asshole once it's done, but he does practically nothing to provoke the women who strip and fuck him the moment he gets on the beach. And they just as quickly dismiss him when he turns into a woman, as if that's somehow his fault. And in what follows, the Panda will put him to objectifying work that he doesn't want to do, where male anthros that are just as shallow as the women from before will want to rape him with exactly the same amount of consent. He's getting the worst kind of punishment for having done nothing but be a second-class citizen.
Now, I didn't want to read slavery and rape into this story, and I get the feeling the writer didn't intend people to read it that way. But it happened, and it's there, and it's not going away. I can't turn my brain off and enjoy this, and at this point I really don't want to.
Now I'm sure someone who didn't read the warning is blaming me for being a sex-negative stick in the mud who can't enjoy anything. But you know what? I enjoy shit like Knot U. You could make a case that the whole school is about raping students, but because of how it's written, I'm not put off by it. I can't give the answer to why it works, but it does. Maybe Suntai actually takes stuff like that into consideration and writes around it, or they don't bother trying to hammer in the non-sex aspects of their sex stories. Fucking imagine that.
Anyway, I've ranted for way too long about things no one cares about or can follow, or can even apply to better themselves. Just stop being shit, writers. That's all there is to it.

The former dude almost instantly loses any kind of guts the second Gill puts on any kind of serious tone when (s)he was previously showing ego issues. Wouldn’t (s)he double down? Why not instead just tell (her) that she could do worse, or actually fix it only if (s)he complies/learns the lesson?
The second one is how quickly the ersby just diminish and downplay the TFee. Why? They don’t know. What if this was someone’s wish? “I want to become a sweet fennec girl, and since I’m gonna have to wait for it, I’ll go have fun at the same time”, or something.
