Memberif you look through the rest of the images in the pool, he practically has it in every image. It gets more noticeable whenever some emotion is portrayed, like when he thought "big guy's here" was referring to Jim Rat (thumbnail below).

In the image directly after the one above, the smaller pupil appears on the other side. My guess is that anti-dev exaggerates the pupils' size difference whenever Tripp is expressing a lot of emotion, and otherwise one pupil is just slightly smaller.
