Demon guy appears to be holding the door in a way that would keep it closed (fingers wrapped around top slat, pulling door inwards) and he's putting some of his weight into the hinges on the door, or the floor (if the doors touch the floor). However, most of his weight appears to be on the small shelf that his foot is resting on (judging by the fact that that leg is shaking, as signified by the white lines around it).
I'm assuming the demon guy wasn't expecting to encounter someone else in the closet, which is why he jumped up to the ceiling. The demon may be horny because of what the presumed character behind the camera looks like, or is doing (e.g. watching porn).
I'm guessing this takes place at night or in the early morning (judging by the very harsh, warm light that appears to be artificial), so maybe the demon guy was hiding in the closet, watching the character through the slatted door (like demons do) and got caught when the character opened the closet. In the Demon Guy's Surprise, he jumped up, while the other character fell into the closet. While trying to stop himself from falling, the demon guy might've grabbed the door slat, closing it, leaving both characters inside. Realizing he was in a very revealing position, the demon may have gotten embarrassed and perhaps the other character did something to make demon guy horny.

Edit: the two closet doors may also be ed, meaning when one is closed, the other closes with it. Kind of like the chain-and-sprocket design in Jefferson's parlor at Monticello.
