For someone who doesn't want them Medea sure does have a pair of balls on her. Outright asking a Lich for the rites like that takes some massive ka-ho-nays. (Yes I know it is spelled "cojones".)

Wonder what spell he's trying to master.
Also wonder if he'll work out the inverse to his "make male" spell even if Medea doesn't need it.

I've seen stuff like this comic before, BUT how it's done here is really unique I think and the magic system is beast also. Reminds me that being trans is to experience godhood in some strange small way
