Huh, yeah. Hard to tell because she's out of focus, but she does appear to be glancing in his direction.

One thing I find interesting is that June has been sitting at least three computers away from Ryder and Oliver. It seems a little odd considering how outgoing she's been otherwise.

My gut reaction was
"Damn Oliver! Way to go, keeping a conversation and extracting info."

Which lead me to think
"Tons of people probably underestimate him... oh, my poor Oliver! He's putting forth that confident, flirty, happy-go-lucky mask because he might've had a 'What do you know, you're just a dumb bunny'-incident"

Legitimately its harder to keep track of if the comic is progressing or not cause the last 5 pages look almost identical in the pool in of facial poses and expressions from a distance. We are waiting 2 months for text at this point lmfao

The comic is about siblings falling in love with each other and trying to navigate those feelings.

It's d as a slow burn. Is it frustrating and slower than most of us expected? Sure, myself included. But the whiners are still here and still checking back on a consistent basis, lol. The dose of semi-realism and doses of world building is refreshing for quite a few of us instead of getting a "Sister sees brothers junk, shaboinking immediately ensues" story.

If they screwed, the comic would potentially lose ALOT of that charm going forward that keeps some people coming back. WillItFit is pretty good at keeping retention.

I say let the guy tell his story the way he wants to tell it.

Pepperidge farm re the first 2 years of the comic the description said something more along the lines of "A silly incest comic with raccoon siblings" and nothing about "slow burns", and now they've even updated the description further to include "and friends"

On one thing I agree, the artist is fully entitled to write it however he wants. On the flip side of that, by posting it on a public space with comments, there is just as much right for readers to give . Even if it isn't what the artist or other readers necessarily want to hear.

One, you assume complaining is allowed on Patreon SubscribeStar, where the author can control the comments directly, and two, I had a sub, until Will said flat-out that he didn't care about audience , which I think is frankly a terrible attitude for somebody trying to make a living as a creative to have, and not something I'm going to . I doubt Will is going to starve without my $5/month, but I can find something better to do with it.

The comic has finally gotten past the point where I quit paying, and all that has happened in the year-plus since then is another bait and switch where it looks like something will finally happen with the twins, then shockingly didn't, another detour away from the twins with Temu Nick and Judy, and the workplace sections like this, which increase my certainty that the only character Will actually enjoys writing is Oliver.

Honestly, if Will wanted to drop the twins and Great Value WildeHopps and just write a comic about Oliver and his ongoing search for love in all the wrong places, without trying to juggle so many plotlines in so few pages per month, it would probably be a better comic. Better-paced, definitely. And since Oliver would have to suck a lot of dicks kiss a lot of frogs to find his prince, that would make at least some people who just want to see banging happy.

(Reminder, we are over half a decade through this comic and the only person who has gotten any is Oliver)

I am so glad I ended my sub when I became too poor for it. I think I started paying around Issue 2 or 3 expecting there to be something behind the pay wall. I was very disappointed, mostly because at the time I had been torn between donating for Willitfit's series or donating to Black Kitten.

Don't get me wrong, I do love the series and think it has some good substance to it, but it could have had that substance while also having them fuck from time to time. I do not want to compare artists directly, but the Mornings series has managed to stay very interesting and they fucked in the first chapter.

I guess all this is to say, I feel like if Will didn't just want to milk subs out of people, he would have definitely already found a way for the 3d raccoon siblings to have had sex while still telling a fantastic story.
