MemberSeeing Jat's eyes dilated from injesting shrooms reminded me of my own experience of getting my eyes dilated by the ophthalmologist; for several hours afterward, the sunlight was too bright and my visual focus was extremely blurry. Had to wear sunglasses and even then I couldn't drive home until the effects had mostly worn off; very interesting effects certain drugs have on the eyes.
I do like the concern that Oli/Imua has for the hatchling apparently going cannibal on the other egg and it just being that the little guy knew his sibling needed an assist to break free from their egg shell. Smart kid!
