"Why are we doing this again?"

"For science!"

A little idea that's been bouncing around in my head ever since I made zoologist lady- there's no way I wasn't going to put the two science girls together eventually. It all makes sense really- how else would the museum keep getting all those big beasts in their exhibits? Oh, don't worry- the bondage isn't because they're being brought in unwillingly (as if the waggy tail thumping on the floor wasn't enough evidence of that), but because they get a little too excited once they find out where they're being taken! It's like telling a dog you're going to take them for a walk. You ever seen a dragon get the zoomies? In an indoor space no less? It's like a bomb went off! Naw, it's good to have a highly trained beast wrangler on hand to keep everyone safe!

Speaking of which, I didn't plan this while I was making her, but I like the little detail that her having eagle talons for feet could make her particularly adept at this job. Having twice as many limbs capable of grabbing onto stuff tightly must be handy when trying to handle a large excited critter. Don't worry, I'm sure she keeps her talons sanded down so they can't hurt anyone!

This looks like a very quick sketch, but this took me like half the damn day, hah. I just could not for the life of me figure out how to draw the dragon in this pose. I really gotta spend some time studying the fundamentals again soon, I wasn't kidding when I said it's gotten hard lately. That's why this one is particularly sketchy. Gotta get on those studies!
